Scrambled Egg With An Indian Twist

Yummy scrambled egg in an indian style...which e also call egg bhurji



  • 2 eggs
  • 2 onions(chopped finely)
  • 2 tomatoes(chopped finely)
  • 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder(haldi)
  • 1 teaspoon jeera powder(if u don't have jeera powder, use chaat masala)
  • black pepper powder(kaali mirch)
  • green chilli(chopped)
  • red chlli powder
  • salt
  • butter


Add butter in a pan and then add onions. Stir until the onions becomes a bit soft. Don't fry them or make them brown. Add the tomatoes and stir. Add turmeric powder and jeera powder or chaat masala. Stir nicely. Then add black pepper powder and chillies and salt. Stir. Lastly, crack eggs and add into the pan and stir till they become scrambled.Ready!! Serve hot and garnish with coriander leaves( dhanya)
