Sweet Potato Bhajis

Mmmmm so so crispy



  • 1 sweet potato
  • 1 tin of sweet corn
  • 50g flour
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp paprika!
  • vegetable oil


Grate your sweet potato.

wisk your egg and flour untill there are no lumps.

mix the grated potato, batter, paprika and sweet corn together.

your mixture should be thick and sticky.

shape the mix into bitesize balls and and fry in a deep pan or deep fat fryer.

once the bhajis are done put the on kitchen paper to drain the oil off
