Grate your sweet potato.
wisk your egg and flour untill there are no lumps.
mix the grated potato, batter, paprika and sweet corn together.
your mixture should be thick and sticky.
shape the mix into bitesize balls and and fry in a deep pan or deep fat fryer.
once the bhajis are done put the on kitchen paper to drain the oil off
VERY EASY!! nice thing to make!
A cheap, yet indulgent and creamy dish, works well with butternut squash too.
