Step 1:

  • 1. Pour some olive oil into a pan and add about 1/3 of a red chilli, finely chopped.
  • Step 2:

  • 2. When the chilli starts sizzling, add 2 finely chopped mushrooms and a generous sprinkling of paprika. Add some salt and pepper.
  • Step 3:

  • 3. When the mushrooms begin to shrink and turn darker, add some thickly sliced pieces of meat and mix it up so it is covered in the flavoured oil.
  • Step 4:

  • 4. Add the spring onions and mix again. Add some more paprika and salt and pepper.
  • Step 5:

  • 5. Put several halved slices (so they look like semi circles) of cucumber into a bowl with a handful of torn lettuce leaves.
  • Step 6:

  • 6. Grate some cheese (cheddar always works well!) into the pan with your ingredients. Don’t bother being healthy, be generous with it! 😀 Mix it in to the ingredients.
  • Step 7:

  • 7. Pour the contents of the pan into the bowl with the leaves and cucumber. Squirt a few drops of lemon juice on, and grate a bit more cheese onto the top.
