Soup Based Pasta

Simple, good use up of leftovers 🙂

Ingredients

  • 1/3 of a can of soup (I used pumpkin)
  • 1 large slice of cheese (swiss works well)
  • 1-1.5 cups of pasta of your choice
  • 1 clove crushed garlic
  • 1 tablespoon barbecue sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sour cream (optional)

Instructions

  1. 1. Boil pasta, once cooked, set aside.

  2. 2. heat up the soup in a pot, adding cheese, garlic and sauce till all combined and cheese is melted.

  3. 3. Toss pasta through sauce, take of heat.

  4. 4. Serve with sour cream if desired 🙂
