1. boil the carrots in stock
2. remove all stock liquid
3. blender carots
4. add cream
5. add a little bit of stock (less=thicker)
it can take some getting used to but i like it
You know you want it.
Easy peasy to make and healthy.
V cheap and lasts for days
A lovely soup for any time of the year
