Creamy carrot soup

Ingredients

  • 6 carrots
  • 200ml of cream
  • vege stock cube

Method

1. boil the carrots in stock

2. remove all stock liquid

3. blender carots

4. add cream

5. add a little bit of stock (less=thicker)

6. Enjoy

it can take some getting used to but i like it
