Celery And Stilton Soup

dont judge this soup, it tastes amazing!



  • 1 oz butter or margarine
  • 1 small onion
  • 4 celery sticks, trimmed and finely chopped
  • 20 fl oz chicken stock or vegetable stock
  • 8 oz Stilton cheese, crumbled
  • salt and pepper


1. melt butter in a pan

2. add celery and chopped onions and cook until transparent

3. add in stock

4. simmer and cover for 20 mins

5. add stilton , salt and pepper to taste. serve immediatly.
