Place bacon under the grill and cook to desired result
Add 1/2 pint of chicken stock to a pan and bring to the boil
Reduce the heat and add 2-3 handfulls of frozen veg and simmer for approx 6 mins
Remove from heat and blend
You will have a bright green soup which you can add sliced bacon sprinkled on top
slap some butter on some bread and demolish!
