1.Place all veg and the potatoes into one large pot and add water to cover 4 inches above the stuff in the pot and leave to boil
2.Come back after a half an hour and check the potatoes with knife (push knife into potato, if slides in easy its cooked, if not leave for another few mins and check regularly)
3. When the stuff is cooked blend that baby up until your happy with the consistency add the salt, pepper and cream, stir and enjoy!
