Lentil And Veg Soup

tasty and fillin soup, ideal for freezing



  • 2 potatoes, 2 carrotts, two onions, 1/4 pack red lentils, ham stock cube, water, salt and pepper, parsley to garnish


make up stock cube as per intructions, add to pan with lentils, leave to simmer, add more water if required,

peel and dice all veg and add to pan, season to taste and cover for 40/45 minutes until cooked through, garnish with parsley before serving, also tastly blended until smooth, enjoy!!
