Mexican Tomato Soup

Easy Peasy Spicy Tomato Soup



  • 1 tin of Tomatoes or pasata
  • 1 onion - chopped
  • 1/2 red pepper chopped into small squares
  • 1/2 green pepper chipped into small squares
  • 1-2 chilli's diced
  • 1 small tin kidney beans


If using tinned tomatoes - puree by using a blender. (Pasata is ready made tomato juice in bottles)

Fry onion, chilli & peppers, add kidney beans and tomato juice, bring to boil, simmer for 5-10 mins.

    Sounds good, might take out the chili if i cook it for my family though :')
