Pea And Ham Soup

so cheap and easy



  • Serves 4-6
  • Freeze any leftovers
  • 750 ml of chicken stock
  • 500g frozen peas
  • 5 fresh sage leaves
  • 1 ham steak
  • Salt and pepper


1. Boil the stock and add the peas and sage and boil for 5 minutes

2. Remove from the heat and blend until smooth

3. Return soup to saucepan

4. Chop rind off ham and cut finely

5. Add to soup and then bring to the boil

6. Season to taste
