Step 1:

  • fry off onions and peppers in a pan with about 2 teaspoons veg oil until golden.

  • tramsfer into a bowl

  • (DON’T CLEAN FRYING PAN)

  • fry off fresh mince (drain off fat)
  • Step 5:

  • when meat is brown add onions, peppers and bolgnaise sauce and garlic paste simmer for 15 mins.
  • Step 6:

  • whilst waitin for bolognaise put cold water and salt into a large pan, bring to the boil and then add dried spagettiand cook for 9 mins
  • Step 8:

  • when both foods are ready dish up and grate fresh cheese over bolognaise and enjoy!
