Ingredients
- -Spagetti
- -Bacon
- -1/2 pot of single cream (full pot for 2 people)
- -1 egg (2 for 2 people)
- -Sweetcorn or mushrooms if you wanna be slightly healthy
- -Grated cheese
Instructions
-Cook the spagetti and fry the bacon
-Drain the spagetti when cooked, and put back in the saucepan
-Chop the bacon up and add to the spagetti. Also cook the mushrooms if you want them
-Whisk up the egg(s) in a jug, add the cream and then add all to the spagetti
-Cook everything on a medium heat, mixing in the cheese slowly, and wait til the sauce starts to thicken, stirring constantly
-add the mushrooms or sweetcorn and mix in
when ready serve up and enjoy!
