Step 1:

  • -Cook the spagetti and fry the bacon

  • -Drain the spagetti when cooked, and put back in the saucepan

  • -Chop the bacon up and add to the spagetti. Also cook the mushrooms if you want them

  • -Whisk up the egg(s) in a jug, add the cream and then add all to the spagetti

  • -Cook everything on a medium heat, mixing in the cheese slowly, and wait til the sauce starts to thicken, stirring constantly

  • -add the mushrooms or sweetcorn and mix in
