Step 1: -Add just a dash of milk to a small saucepan, just enough to cover the bottom
Step 2: -Chop up your piece of Gorgonzola, the smaller you chop it up, the better (it’ll melt easier)
Step 3: -Add the cheese to the milk and heat on a small fire (the smallest setting)
Step 4: -Stir every minute; otherwise the cheese will stick to the saucepan
Step 5: -When the cheese has melted, add the sour cream and continue heating. When you add the cream, put water on the boil for your spaghetti
Step 6: -Continue stirring your cheese and cream while the water is boiling.
Step 7: – When the water boils add a dash of salt and a couple of drops of cooking oil, to prevent the pasta from sticking. Add pasta and cook pasta for cca. 8 minutes.
Step 8: – By now the cream should have become thick. Try stirring it with quick strokes, and if you can see the bottom of the pan while your stir, than the cream and cheese is done.
Step 9: – When the pasta is done, after drying the pasta, add everything to one plate and mix it all up.
