Step 1:

  • Lighty fry the mince on a medium heat, add the onion and fry for 10 minutes, add the garlic, mint sauce, mustard, salt, pepper and sugar, fry for a further 10 minutes. And the milk and stir and the tomato puree and coat the mince, lighty leave to fry for 5 minutes. Mean while, in a pan boil 300 mls of cold water, when bubbling add the pasta, boil as the pasta wrapper says, plate up your pasta and spoon the mince over the pasta and add as much or as little tomato sauce as you like.
