Step 2: Add the pasta and cook until tender. Step 3: Drain the pasta and set aside. Step 4: Mince the garlic and put into a frying pan with oil. Step 5: Fry the garlic in the oil and pour over top of the pasta. Step 6: Plate and sprinkle Parmesan cheese over top.
