Step 1:

  • Chop and fry onions in oil for 5 minutes on low heat.
  • Step 2:

  • Chop/crush garlic and fry for 5 more mins with onion
  • Step 3:

  • Add mince to pan and brown it, stirring all the time (to stop it getting lumpy and sticking)
  • Step 5:

  • Step 6:

  • Add tins tomatoes, bring to boil then turn down and simmer for at least 2 hours, (the longer you cook it for, the better it will taste). Stir occasionally (about every 15 minutes).
