Chop and fry onions in oil for 5 minutes on low heat.

Chop/crush garlic and fry for 5 more mins with onion

Add mince to pan and brown it, stirring all the time (to stop it getting lumpy and sticking)

Add tins tomatoes, bring to boil then turn down and simmer for at least 2 hours, (the longer you cook it for, the better it will taste). Stir occasionally (about every 15 minutes).
