Ingredients
- Pork sausages
- tomatoes..Cherry tomatoes optional
- basil- fresh is best
- spaghetti
- garlic
- chilli flakes
Instructions
Chop pork sausages into small medalions with scissors and chop up tomatoes.. Put spaghetti on the boil. Fry 1-2 cloves of garlic in pan with oil.. Add sausages and cook well.. Add tomatoes and basil and chilli flakes
chilli is hot= add to your taste
cook thoroughly
you can mix spaghetti and sausage mix altogether i you like or just put it on top of spaghetti.
