Ingredients

  • 200 gr of cured ham
  • oil
  • 3 tbsp of flour
  • 2 glasses of milk
  • 1/2 onion
  • salt
  • breadcrumbs
  • eggs

Instructions

  1. 1-chopped the onion

  2. 2- put a lot od oil in a pan and brown the onions

  3. 3-once the onion is brown add flour and mix

  4. 4-add the chopped cured ham and keep mixing

  5. 5-add the milk and mix

  6. 6-add the salt and mix

  7. 7- once everything’s well mixed let it cool down

  8. 8- shape the croquettes with two spoons, put them in the egg and breadcrumbs so we can fry them

  9. 9. Fry them in a high temperature, since they’re already cooked inside we only need the breadcrumbs to get brownish
