Step 1:

  • 1-chopped the onion
  • Step 2:

  • 2- put a lot od oil in a pan and brown the onions
  • Step 3:

  • 3-once the onion is brown add flour and mix
  • Step 4:

  • 4-add the chopped cured ham and keep mixing
  • Step 5:

  • 5-add the milk and mix
  • Step 6:

  • 6-add the salt and mix
  • Step 7:

  • 7- once everything’s well mixed let it cool down
  • Step 8:

  • 8- shape the croquettes with two spoons, put them in the egg and breadcrumbs so we can fry them
  • Step 9:

  • 9. Fry them in a high temperature, since they’re already cooked inside we only need the breadcrumbs to get brownish
