Spanish Omlete

The best omlete ever!

Ingredients

• 3 eggs
• 3 potatoes, boiled and cut
• 2 tomatoes
• 2 large onions
• coriander
• salt

Instructions

STEP 1:

Break eggs and beat until nice and fluffy

STEP 2:

add the tomatoes,onions and potatoes into the egg mixture.Add the mixture on a pan and sprinkel the salt andd dont forget to add the coriander….

STEP 3:

flip the omlete after 3 mins and your omletes ready
