Step 1: Heat a pan, add 2tsp of olive oil,

Step 5: add chilli flakes, saffornil and salt and leave for 5min,
Step 6: add orange juice, orange pieces and orange zest,
Step 8: now add broccoli, spring onion and celery for decoration
Step 9: can decorate it with orange pieces and coriander if needed.
