spiced pasta with sausage

Pasta & pork sausage in tomato sauce with curry twist

Ingredients

• 3 cups pasta
• 1 tin of chopped tomatoes
• tomatoe puree
• 1/4 Mattessons Smoked Pork Sausage
• Pepper
• Curry Powder

Instructions

STEP 1:

1. Cook the pasta until pasta is soft and cooked

STEP 2:

2. Add tin of tomatoes and the tomato puree and stir until all pasta is covered.

STEP 3:

3. Heat until sauce is hot. Chop the sausage up into small pieces.

STEP 4:

4. Add the sausage pieces and stir. heat until sausages are heated.

STEP 5:

5. Add the curry powder (add however much you like for however spicey you like)

STEP 6:

6. Season with a little Pepper.

STEP 7:

7. Take off the heat and serve.

STEP 8:

8. Enjoy!!
