Cinnamon2 tsp. Ground ginger2 eggs, beatenadd some chopped nuts if you like, or for abit of luxury add some choppedInstructions Step 1: 1) pre-heat the oven to 180c and line a cake (20x20cm) tin Step 2: 2) simply mix the oil and sugar together in a mixing bowl, then add the eggs, spices, pumpkin, sultanas and finally the flour and mix. Step 3: 3) ensure all the ingredients are well incorporated then pour into the cake tin and bake for 30 minutes. Step 4: 4) once baked, leave to cool and enjoy.
