Spicey Jacket Wedges
Yummy side dish/ snack
Step 1: 1. Slice the spud into BIG wedges
Step 2: 2. Pour a big glug of olive oil into a large bowl, add a good pinch of mixed herbs, garlic, paprika and chilli powder (to your desired taste!)
Step 3: 3. Chuck in the spud wedges and give it a good mix with your hands.
Step 4: 4. Poor the lot into an oven tin and put in a hot oven (Gas Mark 7) for about 40 minutes!
