Step 1:

  • 1. Slice the spud into BIG wedges
  • Step 2:

  • 2. Pour a big glug of olive oil into a large bowl, add a good pinch of mixed herbs, garlic, paprika and chilli powder (to your desired taste!)
  • Step 3:

  • 3. Chuck in the spud wedges and give it a good mix with your hands.
  • Step 4:

  • 4. Poor the lot into an oven tin and put in a hot oven (Gas Mark 7) for about 40 minutes!
  • Step 5:

  • YUM!
