Spicy Chorizo Pasta.

This recipe brings the spice and flavor to pasta

Ingredients

  • 500g Pasta
  • 1 Chorizo sausage
  • Parmesan cheese
  • 1 jar pasta sauce
  • Paprika
  • Cayenne pepper

Instructions

  1. Cut Chorizo in half and peel the skin off

  2. Heat a non-stick skillet, and add in chorizo. Use the spatula to break the sausage into small pieces. (If precooked, just crisp it up.) Cook for about 4-5 minutes.

  3. Drain the pasta

  4. Add pasta to the chorizo pan and mix well.

  5. Add the sauce and return it to a simmer.

  6. Add paprika and cayenne to your taste.

  7. Garnish with cheese and a sprinkle of paprika. Nice and simple
