Step 1:Cut Chorizo in half and peel the skin off
Step 2:Heat a non-stick skillet, and add in chorizo. Use the spatula to break the sausage into small pieces. (If precooked, just crisp it up.) Cook for about 4-5 minutes.
Step 4:Add pasta to the chorizo pan and mix well.
Step 5:Add the sauce and return it to a simmer.
Step 6:Add paprika and cayenne to your taste.
Step 7:Garnish with cheese and a sprinkle of paprika. Nice and simple
