Step 1:

  • Cut Chorizo in half and peel the skin off
  • Step 2:

  • Heat a non-stick skillet, and add in chorizo. Use the spatula to break the sausage into small pieces. (If precooked, just crisp it up.) Cook for about 4-5 minutes.
  • Step 3:

  • Drain the pasta
  • Step 4:

  • Add pasta to the chorizo pan and mix well.
  • Step 5:

  • Add the sauce and return it to a simmer.
  • Step 6:

  • Add paprika and cayenne to your taste.
  • Step 7:

  • Garnish with cheese and a sprinkle of paprika. Nice and simple
