Spicy Fish (not For The Faint Hearted)



Step 1:

  • 1. Sweat down the tomato’s with a little water (in a wok or saucepan) cover and give five minutes. Add the onions peppers (until they start to soften).

  • 2. Add the spices cook for a couple of minutes bury the fish in sauce cook for stated time serve with rice, naan, roti or whatever you fancy!

  • (don’t freak out if after you put the lid on whilst the fish is cooking and it goes watery just five minutes before its cooked remove lid and turn up heat )
