Ingredients
- cooked brown rice
- olive oil
- grilled chicken breast strips
- grilled beef steak strips
- mixed garden greens
- cayenne pepper
- garlic
- any other ingredients of your choice
Instructions
1.use a saucepan to heat 4tbsp of olive oil.
2.add the garlic and veges to fry for 5mins,make sure they are not overcooked.
3.while frying,add cayenne pepper to grilled chicken and beef
4.gradually add the meat strips,then rice,
5.mix all ingredients and "simmer"for 5 mins
6.serve warm or cold.
