Ingredients
- Dry pasta
- Mushrooms (a handful- sliced)
- Peppers (chopped- as many as you like)
- Onion (chopped)
- Pepperomi
- Passata
- Chilli Powder
Instructions
Boil the pasta in a pan
Meanwhile brown the onions, then add the mushrooms and peppers. (Add any other veg of your choice if u wish)
Add the passata to make a sauce and simmer for about 5-10 mins. Any chilli powder to taste.
Add the pepperomi slices and leave for another couple of minutes.
Drain the pasta and add to the sauce.
Serve pipping hot.
