Spicy Pasta Sauce

A Spicy sauce perfect for pasta!

Ingredients

• 6 green chilis
• two cans of Italian tomatoes in tomato sauce ( 400g Can )
• 2 garlic cloves
• 1 small cube of brown sugar (5g)

Instructions

STEP 1:

Peel and dice garlic cloves

STEP 2:

Cut the green chilis in half

STEP 3:

Add garlic and chilis to a the pan with one can of tomato’s

STEP 4:

Heat until tomato’s become thick

STEP 5:

Add in the second can of tomato’s

STEP 6:

Let it simmer for 10 mins

STEP 7:

Serve hot, pairs well with any pasta!
