A Spicy sauce perfect for pasta!

Ingredients

  • 6 green chilis
  • two cans of Italian tomatoes in tomato sauce ( 400g Can )
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 small cube of brown sugar (5g)

Instructions

  1. Peel and dice garlic cloves

  2. Cut the green chilis in half

  3. Add garlic and chilis to a the pan with one can of tomato’s

  4. Heat until tomato’s become thick

  5. Add in the second can of tomato’s

  6. Let it simmer for 10 mins

  7. Serve hot, pairs well with any pasta!
