Ingredients

  • 5 Large Potatoes Chopped Into Wedge Shapes (Keep skin on potatoes)
  • Oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Spices

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees

  2. Boil the chopped potatoes for 12 – 15 minutes

  3. In a bakeing tin drizzle some oil on it and let it warm up in the oven for a couple of minutes

  4. Once the potatoes or boiles give them a shake so they get rouffled up a bit

  5. Put them into the heated tin and sprinkle some salt, pepper and spices on the potatoes give it a good shake and cook for 20 – 35 minutes

  6. Serves 2 – 3
