YUMM By Guest Contributor September 28, 2010 Party food Preparation Time h m Cook Time h mServings0 Ingredients 5 Large Potatoes Chopped Into Wedge Shapes (Keep skin on potatoes)OilSaltPepperSpices Instructions Step 1: Preheat oven to 180 degrees Step 2: Boil the chopped potatoes for 12 – 15 minutes Step 3: In a bakeing tin drizzle some oil on it and let it warm up in the oven for a couple of minutes Step 4: Once the potatoes or boiles give them a shake so they get rouffled up a bit Step 5: Put them into the heated tin and sprinkle some salt, pepper and spices on the potatoes give it a good shake and cook for 20 – 35 minutes Step 6: Step 7: Serves 2 – 3 Show Comments ▼
