Step 1: 1 Put Rice in micrwave and cook according to instructions
Step 2: 2 place chicken in a hot frying pan with the oil and fry for 1-2 minutes turning often.
Step 3: 3 add chilli powder, salt and pepper and fry for a further 2 minutes.
Step 4: 4 add the water and turn the chicken, then leave for the water to evaporate (this makes sure the flavouring has evenly coated the chicken and not stuck to different parts)
Step 5: 5 add the sauce and stir for 30 seconds so that it heats up.
Step 6: 6 put the rice on a plate and place the chicken on top.
Step 7: 7 add the grated cheese, soured cream or lime jusice if you wish.
