Spicy Schezwan Sauce Recpie

Use it as a side dish with any of your starters

Ingredients
- 1. Ginger grated -1/4 cup
- 2. Garlic grated- 1/4 cup
- 3. Green chillies grated – 1 tsp
- 4. Celery (optional) – 2 tsp
- 5. Red chilly powder (if u want it to be spicy) – pinch
- 6. Red chilly sauce – 4 tbsp
- 7. Soya sauce – 1 tsp
- 8. Tomato sauce – 3 tsp
- 9. Vinegar – 1/2 tsp
- 10. Ajinomoto – 1/2 tsp or little more
- 11. Salt to taste
- 12. Oil
Instructions
1. Heat oil in a pan
2. Add grated ginger, garlic and green chillies.
3. Cook it for 2 mins on a low flame.
4. Add celery (if required)
5. Add red chilly powder.
6. Add chilly sauce, tomato sauce and soya sauce.
7. Stir
8. Add vinegar, ajinomoto and salt.
9. Cook it for some time.
10. Spicy schezwan sauce is ready.
tip : ajinomoto plays a very important role in this recipe so do not skip it.
remember : ajinomoto is not good for your bones so do not intake it very often.
