Step 1: 1. Heat oil in a pan
Step 2: 2. Add grated ginger, garlic and green chillies.
Step 3: 3. Cook it for 2 mins on a low flame.
Step 4: 4. Add celery (if required)
Step 5: 5. Add red chilly powder.
Step 6: 6. Add chilly sauce, tomato sauce and soya sauce.
Step 8: 8. Add vinegar, ajinomoto and salt.
Step 9: 9. Cook it for some time.
Step 10: 10. Spicy schezwan sauce is ready.
Step 12: tip : ajinomoto plays a very important role in this recipe so do not skip it.
Step 13: remember : ajinomoto is not good for your bones so do not intake it very often.
