Quarter of a pepper cut into slices/bits (any colour)3. A quarter of an onion finely chopped4. A quarter of a tomato chopped or a few spoons of the tinned stuff.5. A little piece of ginger and garlic finely chopped/grated6. Cumin seeds, half a teaspoon7. Chilli powder, a pinch (or some fresh green chilli)8. Coriander powder, enough to suit your tastes9. Garam masala, enough to suit your tastesInstructions Step 1: 1. Heat oil in a frying pan, add cumin seeds Step 2: 2. Once seeds splutter add onion and pepper and cook until soft (also add green chilli if using) Step 3: 3. Add ginger, garlic and tomato and stir about for a couple of minutes Step 4: 4. Add all the spices and stir about for a bit Step 5: 5. Add eggs and keep stirring about until it is scrambled to your liking. Step 6: Step 7: goes well with toast or maybe some plain parathas. Or just on it’s own. Step 8: Step 9: (note: adding salt is all about preference, i rarely do so might miss it out. Add it to your liking.)
