Spicy Squash & Red Pepper Soup

STEP 1:

butter
butternut
butternut squash
eel
squash

1. peel and chop the butternut squash into cubes

STEP 2:

eel
onion

2. peel and chop the onion

STEP 3:

3. chop the red pepper

STEP 4:

4. put all 3 ingredients into a biggish pan

STEP 5:

5. boil the kettle and pour hot water into a jug

STEP 6:

chili powder

6. mix in the stock cubes and sprinkle as much chili powder as desired (salt and pepper to season)

STEP 7:

7. pour into the pan of ingredients and bring to boil

STEP 8:

8. let it simmer for about half an hour on a medium heat (or until butternut squash is soft)

STEP 9:

9. using a hand held blender, mix together to form a smooth thickish soup

STEP 10:
