Ingredients

  • 200G fillet of cod or any white flesh fish
  • 200G prawn
  • 1 lemon gras stick
  • small head of ginger
  • 2 lime leaves
  • 1 galangal (optional)
  • 150g of button mushrooms
  • 3tsp of fish sauce
  • 3tsp of chilli oil paste
  • 1 lime

Instructions

  1. dice fish fillet into cubes

  2. deshell prawns if not alredy

  3. dice mushrooms in half

  4. boil water before adding fish

  5. add fish sauce and all herbs lemon grass ,lime leaves, ginger , glangal

  6. now add fish and prawns

  7. now leave leave pot to let fish cook trough for 5 mins

  8. now soup

  9. seve in bowl and add chilli pasete and lime juice and stir in gentley so fish does not break apart

  10. add corriander to garnish
