Step 1:

  • dice fish fillet into cubes
  • Step 2:

  • deshell prawns if not alredy
  • Step 3:

  • dice mushrooms in half
  • Step 4:

  • boil water before adding fish
  • Step 5:

  • add fish sauce and all herbs lemon grass ,lime leaves, ginger , glangal
  • Step 6:

  • now add fish and prawns
  • Step 7:

  • now leave leave pot to let fish cook trough for 5 mins
  • Step 8:

  • now soup
  • Step 9:

  • seve in bowl and add chilli pasete and lime juice and stir in gentley so fish does not break apart
  • Step 10:

  • add corriander to garnish
