  • meanwhile…dry fry spices – a tsp of each of these – cumin seeds, chilli flakes, coriander seeds…once they have roasted for a couple of mins on a high heat, put into a pestle and mortar with a tsp of paprika powder…grind them up until smashed nicely…add a good glug of olive oil (or any oil) but about 5 tbsp…mix up…pour over the wedges…bake in over on 200c for about 40 mins…
