ranch dressing
spinach
place ranch dressing on the tortillia, enough so that tortilla is covered and place spinach on top then sprinkle as much grated cheese as u would like then place the other tortillia on top..and fry like a grilled cheese until the cheese is melted inside and each side has been flipped at least once.
