Ingredients

  • Baby spinach
  • 1 tomato
  • 1 egg
  • optional: grated cheese

Instructions

  1. Boil the egg for about 10 minutes depending on your elevation.

  2. put baby spinach on a plate, as much as you want.

  3. cut up the tomato in the size and shape you want and put it on the salad.

  4. shell the egg and cut it into discs. Put the discs all over your salad.

  5. mix it all up.

  6. eat with dressing and/or grated cheese.

  7. it’s also really yummy with plain yogurt.
