Step 1:

  • Boil the egg for about 10 minutes depending on your elevation.
  • Step 2:

  • put baby spinach on a plate, as much as you want.
  • Step 3:

  • cut up the tomato in the size and shape you want and put it on the salad.
  • Step 4:

  • shell the egg and cut it into discs. Put the discs all over your salad.
  • Step 5:

  • mix it all up.
  • Step 6:

  • eat with dressing and/or grated cheese.
  • Step 7:

  • it’s also really yummy with plain yogurt.
