Spinach Egg Tomato Salad
Quick, healthy, yummy, pretty.
Step 1: Boil the egg for about 10 minutes depending on your elevation.
Step 2: put baby spinach on a plate, as much as you want.
Step 3: cut up the tomato in the size and shape you want and put it on the salad.
Step 4: shell the egg and cut it into discs. Put the discs all over your salad.
Step 6: eat with dressing and/or grated cheese.
Step 7: it’s also really yummy with plain yogurt.
