Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 5 onz self raiseing flour
- 5 onz butter
- 5 onz suger
Instructions
pre heat oven to gas mark 4
then add together the suger and butter and mix till smooth
then add the flour and eggs and mix with a wisk
then butter the baking trays and add the mixture
cook for 25 min and leave to cool and then searve with jam and cream in the middle
