STEP 1:

Filling: Take 3 tbsp oil in a pan. Once the oil is heated, put the chopped garlic.

When the garlic turns slightly brown, add the chicken, black pepper powder, salt, and 1 tbsp of soy and saute well.

STEP 3:

When the chicken is cooked, add spring onions, saute for 30-40 seconds, and add all the vegetables, chilly flakes, and leftover soy sauce till cooked.

STEP 4:

Rolling: Place 1 spoonful of the filling in a spring roll sheet and roll. When you have made all the rolls. Place them in a tray or box separating each layer with cling wrap, and freeze them for later use.

STEP 5:

You can move it from the tray or box into storage zipper bags after overnight freezing to avoid space consumption in your freezer

STEP 6:

You can fry or bake whenever required. Easy and handy. Put in the effort once a month and eat delicious food every day.
