Step 1: Cut your steak into thin strips and fry on a gentle heat in a frying pan with a drop of oil. Boil enough rice for one in a pan. Boil your frozen sweetcorn and peas in another pan. When the steak is nearly done, add your cashew nuts and fry on a high heat and stir well for one minute. After this turn down your frying pan to very low heat. Drain your vegetables and add them to the frying pan. Add in your black bean sauce. Stir thoroughly and make sure sauce is hot. Drain your rice and add to the plate. When sauce is hot, put the contents of the frying pan onto the plate of rice and serve. ENJOY!
