Ingredients

  • Whatever vegetables you like to have steamed eg.
  • broccoli
  • cauliflower
  • green beans
  • baby corn
  • carrot
  • brussel sprouts
  • snow peas
  • etc.
  • mushrooms
  • garlic
  • butter/margerine
  • wholegrain mustard

Instructions

  1. Boil kettle, pour into saucepan, put vegies in steamer, and steam for 10 minutes or a bit less if you like them slightly crunchy.

  2. place a tablespoon of butter in seperate saucepan and let melt, add chopped mushrooms and garlic, i use 3 cloves but this might be too strong for some people, and stir for 5 minutes.

  3. serve together in a bowl and add a spoonful of the mustard and mix through.

  4. rejoice in the fact you’re being healthy
