Step 1:

  • 1. In a bowl mix the balsamic vinegar, honey, worcester sauce, garlic, sugar, pepper and olive oil.

  • 2. Place the chicken breast in to the bowl with the mixture. Cover the bowl in cling film or foil and shake gently, coating the chicken.

  • 3. Place in the fridge for 1-2 hours, shaking in gently half way through.

  • 4. Heat a little oil in a frying pan and cook the chicken for 10-15 minuets, juice may seep from the chicken, don’t worry! The sauce caramelises and adds flavour.
