Ingredients

  • 6 chicken thighs
  • 4 tablespoons honey
  • 4 tablespoons soy sauce
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 tablespoons tomato ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon nandos garlic peri peri sauce

Instructions

  1. Add all the ingredients in over proof dish, put in a oven on gas mark six for 1 hour, turn down to slow cook or gas mark 1 for 20 minutes.
